Fashion Doll Collection

Bratz

So. Many. Bratz. I had a few Barbies but Bratz were always my favorite for their more cartoony style and having such a strong focus on fashion. I had a LOT and it was my doll of choice before Monster High (see below) became my main. So here's all the ones I had and can remember! Also, I only had one Bratzillaz, hence why she's slammed into the page with the more "normal" Bratz.

LOL Surprise

Initially, I slept on these little guys (sorry, I was too busy grieving Monster High because this was around the time of G2), but I recently started getting into collecting them and yanno what? Sometimes you need a collection of tiny babies who are oddly fashionable. No really, these guys dress better than I do! (Even if they spit at me)

Monster High G1

MONSTER MONSTER HIGH, MONSTER HIGH! The original pastel goth ICONS, these dolls were a godsend to me as an edgy but still very feminine puppy growing up, even if I wound up not having that many in the end. Monsters were always a fascination of mine, but Monster High said "Hey girl, hop on in!". And I did. Eagerly. I am now a Monster High ghoulie!

Monster High G3

Initially, I was hesitant when I heard they were rebooting the dolls. Then I saw Draculaura and saw that she's literally shaped almost like me and took her home one Christmas day. They may not be as GOTHIK as the OGs, they may not stick their middle finger up at the prepz, but they're adorable in their own right! That, and they're not G2 so I will devour these (metaphorically. I do not eat dolls.)

Novi Stars

I still have these girls! Albeit, I dunno where they went, OH NO! But I know they're somewhere! These girlies are out of this world and I still love them for their weird, sci-fi inspired appearance. I love aliens that lean on more the cute or quirky side and I just had to have a few of them.

Shopkins Shoppies

Even if at the time they came out, I tried to avoid them and go "No, I'm too old for dolls, I'm a big kid! And even if I still have dolls, they're GROWN UP dolls and not FOR BABIES", I couldn't help but grab these cuties. They're genuinely sooooooooo cute and I love their theme! And they just look so happy and full of joy!!

Yummi-Land

A slept on series of HOOD CLASSICS, I'll tell you what! These adorable dolls are all scented and themed around that scent, ranging from flowers to candy to soda to smoothies. I LOVED these girls growing up, probably more than any other doll (before Monster High), and I am regularly finding old ones I still have lying around.

Nendoroid Collection

Look at the little guys! While I don't collect as many as I used to, Nendoroids were crack cocaine to me as a weeb who wanted figures of their anime blorbos but didn't have enough for a full on figma. Most of these I would've gotten as a tween to teen, though there are more recent ones here and there!

Death Note

Death Note is an anime and manga that holds a special place in my heart, and I still love it even now. So, unsurprisingly, 12 year old me just needed them in tiny form!! And adult me got a NEW L in tiny form.

Puella Magi Madoka Magica

Another anime that was adored by me at 12, this anime took my cold, dead heart and destroyed it, so naturally I needed Nendoroids of the girls. (Healing). I still need to get more!

Vocaloid

As any weeb in the early 10s would, I loved Vocaloid and am still very fond of them, so naturally I had a few Vocaloid Nendoroids!

Plush Collection

So. Many. Plushies. If there's one thing I will always collect, its plushies. I love dolls, I love my Nendoroids but plushies are something I absolutely cannot live without. They're just. So soft. And plushie.

Also, this is where you'll see these guys with names and pronouns, as I name my plushies.

Surprisingly, I didn't have any proper BABs until I was a teen, as we didn't have any near me...Until I went out of town more and started snatching up so many BABs to take home. And then they started having online order. Now I've amassed quite a few! (Even if I'm still pissed at them over the Pumpkin Kitty thing)

IKEA Plushes

Who knew a furniture store had so many big boys to grab? I hunger for more. And they're definitely cheaper than my other big boys! Also shit! Remind me to get Blahaj!

Lalaloopsy

This one is an interesting one here cuz it technically wasn't just me collecting them, it was also my mom collecting them since she loved them. So even as I was trying to go "No, I want BIG KID THINGS", I'd realize. FUCK. I NEED WEIRD PLASTIC RAGDOLLS. And now I got a box full of 'em!
